Our Free Shipping Policy

All orders over $85.00 not including tax are shipped free using Canada Post Regular Parcel service.  Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and delivery of your order.

Our Shipping Policy

We process orders during business hours 10am – 4 pm EST, Monday thru Friday and we will ship your package within 48 hours or less.  Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays.

Once your package has shipped, we will notify you with a tracking number by email.

If we are experiencing delays, you will be notified by email.  If you have not received your package within the allotted time, please contact us at inquires@thesockfactorywaterloo.com

Canada Post Shipping

The Sock Factory ships via Canada Post and we have 3 options for you to select which is best suited for your personal needs.  All shipping rates are determined by shipping method, weight and destination.

Canada Post Regular Parcel – up to 5 business days

Canada Post Express – up to 2 business days

Canada Post Priority – up to 1 business days.

Please note: Due to Canada Post Strike shipping delays may occur.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. 

Our Payment Policy

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit Cards and MasterCard.  All prices on our website are in Canadian Currency.

Our Free Pick-up Policy

Please allow 24 to 48 hours of processing your order.  We will notify you by email once your order is ready to be picked up.
